Need Help

I was on a good start eating under 1200 calories. I just can't seem to drop any. If you look at my diary I have ate bad a couple times and yesterday was terrible but I'm on my period and I think a lot of it is me bloating. I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help the bloating or reduce weight while on it. I started today with not eating terrible again.

In what timeframe and what amounts is "just can't seem to drop any"? Why would you think eating under 1200 calorie is a good start? Bloating, is that gas? Or water? Water has weight.1

A lot of the bloating symptoms are caused by water retention that is increased by hormonal changes associated with the menstrual cycle," This is always a given and really nothing you can do about it. As long as you eat healthy, avoid the junk foods, stay consistent with your exercise you will drop the water weight fast once your period stops.2

I only eat that amount because I am usually eating food with such low calories I get full and don't need to eat a lot and like 2 weeks I haven't been losing anything but gaining when I eat so little calories. More like water but I drink only 23 fluid oz of water which isnt alot but I try.1 -
So looking at your food diary, there are a lot of blank spaces. Are you logging consistently? How are you measuring your food? Eyeballing? Weighing with a scale?
If you are really eating that little, just stop it. It is not healthy.2 -

2 weeks can be masked by water weight, or it could be that you're logging incorrectly on the daily, or that your binging erases your deficit.
You have to be more patient, and kind to yourself, either way.1 -
I looked at your diary, and see grapes 1 cup, lots of 1 of this or .5 cup of that. You need to weigh your foods on a scale. There's no way you are consistently eating 151 g of grapes every day. You most likely are eating more than you think if you aren't weighing your solid foods.
Also, if you have your period, you gain water weight. Give it a week and it will be gone. Water weight fluctuates. Also you mentioned you only drink 23 oz of water. Is this the only thing you drink? If so, you need to drink a little more. That helps get rid of water weight also. I don't remember if you tracked other things you drink in your diary, that may have calories. If you are drinking things like juice, milk, coffee with cream, etc, those are extra calories you have to account for also.1 -

Yes. You want one that can hold a fair bit of weight, so it can hold the pot your using and you can add ingredients to it as you go. It should also be such that if a pot or plate is on it, you can still read the display.
Make sure it shows different units and has the tare (zero) function. But finding one that fits this description is really easy. Wal Mart would be a good choice (I got mine at Crappy Tire, but that's a Canadian store).2 -

3 glasses of water a day seems pretty low for water intake. You may need more hydration then you are getting, unless you have a medical disorder that requires water restriction. Consult your dr.
What are you doing excercise activity wise? Amount? Intensity.0
