Should I count the calories burnt whilst walking to work every day or doesn't it count because my body is used to it?

Defo count that! It's exercise all the same, burning calories is burning calories... whether it's a familiar route or not!
(And well done you for walking to work!) =] xx0 -
It counts! Even doing housework!0

Bit of a judgement call but - I do because - my daily activity level is sedentary but I walk 20min 5 days to/from work and I changed my ways and take "all" stairs I can now-a-days both ways. But if I found I wasn't losing to plan then I'd maybe re-assess that decision.0

Thank you I was thinking that I would because my actual job doesn't necessarily contain much activity and therefore walking to work wouldn't be covered by my "normal" daily activities but just wanted clarification I feel amazing for walking to work and it's really nice to have some time to myself0
