Hello everyone,
My name is Shania my husband and I just started on here this week and so far things are going well. I'm looking to lose around15-20 pounds. I new to the group and don't know anyone here. I'm trying to find new and interesting ways to incorporate more activity into my days that will keep the exercise fun for me to keep doing it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Since I work the night shift I also find it a little hard to have regular meals at regular times of day but I'm trying very hard to eat better thanks to the meal counter this site offers. I just use my smartphone to track everything. I wish everyone success and if anyone has any suggestions to help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Welcome Shania and good luck. Feel free to friend me. I too struggle with getting exercise in. By the time i get home from work, I'm exhausted and just don't want to exercise. I'm pushing myself to do something active each day, but it's hard. I'm going to start a "Dance Workout for Non-Dancers" in September.

    HI SHANIA!! WELCOME! AND BEST OF LUCK IN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY!! I JUST STARTED A FEW DAYS AGO TOO! IM TRYING TO LOSE 10-15 PDS! I FIND THAT KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT YOU EAT IS A HUGE HELP IN LOSING WEIGHT! KEEPS YOU ACCOUNTABLE!! I LUV TO WORK OUT SO THATS NO BIG DEAL..I DO IT 1ST THING IN THE MORNING AND I ALSO SWITCH THINGS UP DAILY SO I DONT GET BORED!
