Hi
I am Matt, I am 43 years old and so over weight it’s embarrassing, I have decided to finally do something about this and any help, pointers motivation is always helpful, basically I need more than half my weight before I am done it won’t be easy but I am sure it can be done

Welcome Matt. I know how you feel. I once weighed 430 pounds and now am down to 239. There’s nothing fancy about it: move more and eat fewer calories than you burn. I’d be happy to help if you like.2

Hey Matt,
I can certainly relate. I lost 115 lbs in 7 months five years ago when my wife was diagnosed w a terminal disease. I took my stress out in the gym! I have since gained it back, bur rather than being upset, I am using that experience to go about it again. Feel free to connect if you like and we can help hold each other accountable.
