    Total weight loss for February - 1.8 lbs

    A little bummed with my weigh-in this morning. I have been 167.2 all week and then up a pound today due to a high sodium meal last night (teriyaki shrimp and veggies). Let this be a lesson to me: no high sodium meals prior to weigh in day! The good thing is that I know that I have been on target for my weight loss all month, tracking my food and burning at least 600 calories daily on my exercise bike, so I know this is strictly water weight to balance out all the sodium from last night. I also know that I only have one more week to lose at least 3.2 lbs, so I am going to have to push it to meet my goal.

    Push extra water or do a little warm water with fresh squeezed lemon, acts as a natural diarrhetic. Like having a glass of tea but no tea and only lukewarm/warm not hot. Good luck!

    2/16: 196. This is the day I had to weigh in early as we are now down in Myrtle Beach. I stepped on the scale about 20 mins after waking up, so I consider this still a night weight as I typically weigh in 1-3 hours after waking up, (something I learned from when I went to a weight loss facility). I decided to weigh myself that afternoon when I got home from work to see if I was up or down. After consuming my lunch, snacks and 48oz of water I was the same, so I was happy. So although the number is up a little,. I need to remember this isn’t my true weight. Let’s hope I can do better on vacation!
    2/25: 199.2, as we can see I didn’t do the best on vacation, it’s difficult when you are with another family, you try not to be the difficult one that has to have exceptions made for them. I own my poor choices and also realize that 2-14 hour car rides don’t help when you can’t drink the water you need to, but I am also expecting my TOM, so I’m hoping if I get back on plan this gain will come back off again.

    Total loss for February :+3 for now, hopefully will see a drop before February ends

    *I will have to weigh in early next week as we leave for a road trip to Myrtle Beach. Going to stick to plan as best as possible. Let’s hope good choices, walking and my trip to Aruba in July will be enough to keep the weight from climbing back on!
