I Can't Do This Alone

Hello all!
I've started here many times before but something is different this time.

I recently completed 6 months of therapy with an eating disorder specialist. I never thought I needed "professional help" but boy did I!!!! I've never felt so in control, on track and prepared for the struggles that come with undertaking major weight loss. I have 100+lbs to lose and know this will be a long journey.

I plan on being a daily diary logger and very open about my struggles and successes. Please feel free to add me, I know I can't do it alone.

    Hi amberkins (I like the name btw). I would like to go on this journey with you. I have ~96lbs (I think Ive done the conversion right) to lose. I know what you mean about the "professional help". It took 11 months of therapy to for me to finally feel like I have control of me and my body.
