Call me 'Fusion' because I had a 5 lvl spinal fusion and gain about 15 lbs.

    Welcome, I've seen people come back from the fusion successfully. Best thing I can say is that it might suck sometimes but keep going.

    I have had 4 surgeries and now a nerve block .

    Neck in arthritis.
    Have to move and excercise but tomorrow I pain .
