Help with entering exercises

When I enter things like crunches and push ups, the app asks to enter the weight. What weight are they talking about? I understand with exercises like the bench press or curls, where you enter the weight of what you’re lifting, but what weight do you enter for crunches or push ups, where you’re not lifting anything?

    I assume it is your weight. I would log your reps without the weight because whatever calorie burn it totals will be way way off.
    I just log my weightlifting to track my progress
