I am a huge fan of Sugar Free gum. Low cal, and Extra brand has dessert gum that tastes even more fabulous! My favorite is Mint Chocolate Chip - tastes like the ice cream, no joke - and satisfies the chew need. There is also Strawberry Banana, etc. Explore the gum aisle! Just be sure to choose sugar free so you're only getting a few calories! :-)0

Celery. It has almost no calories and takes a while to eat. The inside stalks (the little, pale green ones) are generally the tastiest.
And if you're looking for a protein boost and a few more calories are okay, celery with peanut butter spread inside is really really yummy0 -
I freeze a cup of rinsed grapes in a sandwich bag or small container for a few hours in the freezer. Then eat them one at a time. Tastes great and takes a long time to eat. Awesome for the summertime since they are nice and cold. Blueberries also work well for this snack.0

I like the 94% fat free Popcorn 100 calorie packs. You practically get a whole bowl and I feel like it still tastes like popcorn and not like crap! Raw veggies are good too!0

A small bowlful of raw baby carrots, with a little celery salt.0

Cut an apple into thin slices. Your mind will see a large quantity and trick your body into thinking it's eating a lot more than what you really are. Besides it will take awhile to eat all the slices.0
