OVER DID IT!

Hey all, yesterday I over did it in the gym I think! I feel like absolute crap today! I am exhausted and have a bad headache and just don't feel up to anything. Oh and I want to eat everything in site!!!!!!!!!!! :sad: What do I do???

Eat healthy foods, drink water, and rest.
If you have a long day working out then you need to make sure you get the appropriate rest afterwards. You did a fair job breaking down muscle fibers yesterday now they need time to heal, stronger than before I might add.
Also it is likely that you may have dehydrated yourself and that is contributing to your headache. Drink plenty of water.0 -
Take a day off and rest. Eat healthy and be back on track tomorrow.0
