hi I just started the keto diet two weeks ago and I am feeling great but I need help this app tells me I need to eat 2000 cal and day today I got 670 down what do you eat and how much of it do I eat . I am soooo confused can anyone hhhhelp

    If you want to lose weight, 2000 calories sounds like a lot for a female.
    If you don't have to lose weight, you don't have to make any changes to your diet.
    670 calories is not much food, it equals a small dinner. How many hours do you have left before you go to bed?
    If you count calories, you have to do it right. If you're overweight, it's easy to underestimate calorie intake and easy to eat more. Do you use a food scale?
    If you really struggle to eat enough of what you're eating, eat other things. You can eat anything you want.
    You can eat too little for a few days without any ill effect, but hunger tends to catch up on you. And that isn't pretty.
    Be smart. Be happy and healthy. Don't fool yourself.
