Just discovered Skinny Cow individual icecreams! At 80 cals with no added sugar, they are awesome! Feel like a 'treat' but doesn't break the bank =)

What's you're secret treat food that doesn't break the bank?

    Skinny Cow candy bars, I love the milk chocolate, and @ 110 calories I can easily work one in here and there

    Oooh...skinny cow caramel and vanilla cones (it is a drumstick)!! And if you need to have a "chip fix" try Chee Cha Puffs (my favorite are hickory bacon and dill pickle)-they are 90 calories for 20grams-a pretty good amount!! Or you could eat the whole bag for 360 calories (it has been known to happen sometimes)!!

    Wine. Well it's not really a secret. Pretty much everyone knows I include it in my diet. But that is my treat. As long as I can have wine, I couldn't care less about sweets.

    Plain greek yogurt with crushed pineapple mixed in. Satisfies my sweet tooth and I can eat it as a meal.
