20 pounds lost so far and although I’m sooo happy to be able to fit into old clothes, I’d like to lose another ten pounds and maybe even tone up after that! Add me and we’ll keep each other motivated!

    I wanted to make things work for me that I
    Could incorporate into everyday life. No crazy pills or crazy dieting. I needed something I could maintain. I started with a 1200 calorie intake (I’m 5’2) and exercise (mainly cardio, strength and hiit). During the holidays I kind of maintained but picked it up again the last week in January and have managed to lose 4 more pounds to date. I’m now at 140 with a goal of around 130, also I’m 36 years old.

    looking good girl! I'm sure you'll lose that extra 10 in no time.

    And of course, the answer to any skinnyfat that happens after losing weight is always toning.
