Frozen vegetables

So I decided I wanna lose some weight and I never eat vegetables but I talked to a doctor who explained it to me that I can’t really get around losing weight and keeping it off if I don’t start eating green vegetables. So I bought some frozen bags of broccoli with a little soy sauce and they are 150 calories for the whole bag, I ate them and I really enjoyed them so I went out and bought a bag of frozen Brussel sprouts and I’m going to try them now. I used to never touch vegetables and even when I tried to lose weight in the past I still wouldn’t eat them but now I kind of enjoy them when they are doctored up with a little sauce or some salt and pepper.

Veggies are great. Make sure you monitor the amount of sauce you consume because the sugar and calories can accumulate quickly. Good luck!

You can lose weight without eating vegetables. You just might not be healthy depending on if you're getting the nutrients you'd be missing out on.

Definitely try different methods of cooking to see what kinds you like the best. I grew up a picky eater with picky parents, but I always loved broccoli.
