    Thank you! I’m 5’6 and today I’m 140 pounds. I said today because I still weigh in weekly- a habit I just can’t break because I think it is what has helped me maintain (March 15 I will celebrate 1 1/2 years of maintenance since reaching my goal of 149). I tend to fluctuate 137-142. Originally I thought I needed to be 125 just because of the weight loss charts etc but I learned not to worry about the number exactly- yes it is tool to help me stay on track but I wanted to find where I am comfortable and able to live while not feeling deprived!

    Sorry that was a lot of detail to what should have been a simple response lol.
