Daily Inputting

My biggest challenge right now, at the beginning of my journey, is to develop the HABIT of inputting daily every meal. Have to work it into schedule and make it part of the day.

    Have you considered pre-logging, so that the logging process is part of deciding what you will eat?

    It gets,easier to log once you have logged for a while. We are creatures of habit and tend to eat a lot of the same foods. Keep at it! You've got this!

    THIS! I find it's helpful if I input my meals into my diary before I actually eat them as this keep me aware of what I'm eating and how much i can eat etc. Just allocate 5-15 minutes each day and put your meals down in your diary or alternatively do it right before you start eating (this is what i do, i dont like scorching hot meals anyways lol).
