Was hoping someone could give me some advice I recently started working out and making healthier choices to get in shape and I feel like the exercise going well but just need some guidance on the diet. I’m trying to get that Beach body and all a.k.a. six pack but I don’t know what my calorie intake should be or my macro nutrients. I already did a fitness assessment and it said I have low enough body fat I am 22, 5’9, about 150

If your goal is to build muscle you’re going to want to watch both. You’ll need more calories if you’re working out to build muscle. While also making sure you’re getting enough of the right calories/macros for your body. MFP has a thing that you plug in and it recommends your these or other fitness sites do too. I used Katy Hearn’s website.0
