While I love my job it involves lots of travel and being out in the field. I find at times it can be challenging to stay consistent w excercises and diet. Anyone else in same boat? Tips?

100% in the same boat!!! It is hard to eat healthy, take clients to dinner, jump on flights, go to meetings, get enough rest and hit the gym. I am working on getting back to being very accountable to prepping and traveling with my supplements etc. if you have travel size protein and sups containers that will help you a lot. In a perfect world you could meal prep and carry your meals with you...this is hard to do. I go find healthy meals instead of carrying a huge meal bag. Would hit the gym on a very specific schedule, that always helps me succeed in dropping weight.

I am on the road a lot in the fall (like, weeks at time) and often in the spring. I generally travel to the same territories and will pick my hotels based on quality of gyms. I will also try to find local gyms that give free or low-cost guest passes. I also have restaurant staples that are go-tos for my calorie plan. The hard part is turning down all the tempting foods that are offered in meetings. And the hotel bar. Sigh.

Seems like you have a great plan of action for when out on the road. Thanks for sharing!
