NSV Dream!

That's right, I had a NSV dream this morning. In my dream I had gotten a new job and needed to buy dress pants and everything I tried on was too big!! I was so excited and then I woke up. When I did wake up I was feeling good about myself and I looked in the mirror and I was like "wow I can't believe it"! As of last Friday I have lost 8lbs and now I'm starting to see the difference. I still have a long way to go for my end goal but I'm excited to get there. I look forward to every Friday to weigh in. Now here are some small real life NSV's to share.

1. All my tank tops and most my shirts have gotten longer on me.
2. A few days ago I put on a pair of capris that I wear on fourth of July (remind you I barley fit into them then and they were a little uncomfy) and they fit perfect and were much more comfy!! I was excited since these were my favorite capris.
3. I noticed I can cross my legs a little more easily now.

I'm sure there was more but that's all I can think of for now. I still have about 40-50lbs to go but if I feel this good now then I can't wait to lose more! Thank you everyone for your support and all your stories! I read them every day!!

  • Congratulations! It's important to take the time to celebrate the victories along the way! You are well on your way to your goal and there will be more victories as you get closer and closer to that goal. Congrats again!

It seems like when you are having a dream that you lost weight, you usually do! That's happened to me! Good job!
