    Actually, I'll add you from my end if that suits :)

    My motivation is I'm living with something called Crohn's Disease - an incurable autoimmune disorder that causes your intestine to swell and attack itself with everything you eat (sometimes just for fun).

    The more I keep fit and the healthier I eat, the better for my gut and the longer I live :)
