    My goal is to start tomorrow morning. Instead of coffee and cigs its water and yoga. I know cigs are bad but I just gave up drinking for the last 5 weeks. So one thing at a time.

    One tough thing at a time- you’ll get there!

    My goal is to eat better at night. I’m always good until dinner/snack time. This app keeps me annoyingly honest
