Starting the week off right with Monday morning weights! Have a great week everyone....crush it!

CrossFit open workout 18.1 for me tonight and then some stability and conditioning work afterwards.2

Planning on going for a run and doing some drills after work (yay for better schedule).1

Started with GRIT strength. Ending with a run tonight1

Planning on doing a 5 mile run and core work this evening.1

HIIT 30 minutes each exercise 35 seconds then 35 sec break repeat 3 times
1. Rope Pulley
2. Burpees
3. Elastic Band Bicep Curls
4. TRX Squats
5. Power Ropes
6. Heavy Ball Toss
7. Kettlebell Step Ups
8. Heavy Ball Sit Ups
then did 18 min on elliptical because I'm nuts but didn't really push that hard just keep heart rate 120 range

Ran 3.25 miles this morning and resistance training for my arms.
Will probably run another couple miles tonight (training for an upcoming multi-day relay, so trying to get some fatigued training in so I'm ready for it).0 -
Supposed to be a rest day but I did absolutely nothing yesterday. Probably a Leslie Sansone video and one of the routines for the challenge I'm currently participating in.0

Did a 30min upper body/cardio/stretch session with my PT this morning plus a mile run to get there as part of my running streak.
Tonight I'm going to a 45min barbell class (like bodypump).

Have to go into the office today and go to a birthday dinner right after work so:
30 min ultra-muddy early morning hike before work (really more of a can you stay on your feet kind of sinking and sliding thing but it got the cardio done) . Resistance bands and bodyweight exercises in my office at lunch.1 -
10 minutes warm-up on the rowing machine
upper body strength training - combination of free weights and machine
60 minutes walking on the treadmill - average pace of about 4.5mph1 -
Upper body bodyweight exercises, core work and cardio kickboxing1

Day 2 of my week.. Finished an hour walk outside at a 3.8mph pace. 45 min of yoga tonight.0

None, unfortunately. Can't find a structured plan led by a certified trainer (I refuse to compromise on whether trainers are certified because I believe I should not have to), and the know-how to put a plan together is not there.0
