    60 minutes walking on the treadmill - average pace of about 4.5mph

    Day 2 of my week.. Finished an hour walk outside at a 3.8mph pace. 45 min of yoga tonight.

    I did Tae-Bo Celebrity Sculpt and an hour long walk inside the house while putting my baby to sleep.

    None, unfortunately. Can't find a structured plan led by a certified trainer (I refuse to compromise on whether trainers are certified because I believe I should not have to), and the know-how to put a plan together is not there.

    Beginning Week 5 of Shamrock Shuffle 8k training (the Hal Higdon program). Today was a light pace 3-mile run followed by weight training and stretching.

    3x with as little rest as possible
    20 push-ups
    20 sit-ups decline
    20 air squats
    10 lat pulls with as much weight as possible ( working towards real pull-up)
    20 mountain climbers w/ 20 sec plank at end
    1 mile run, then walk quarter, jog quarter for total 3.1 miles
    Stretch it out

    Saw my trainer yesterday, so today was 45 of cardio on the treadmill at an incline with a no incline cool down. As long as you move, you’re good!!
