I just started 3 weeks ago. I've been checking in everyday. It keeps me motivated. You can add me too. A tip that works for me is eating 6 small meals a day. Also drinking lots of water to help fill me up. 12 to 33 oz between meals makes it so I am no as hungry. I happy to share what's been working for me and you can share too.0

Add me! I started to really work on my health in december..moreso after I was hospitalized in january with pneumonia and dehydration. I've lost 6 pounds since December and I plan to lose around 50 pounds. I'm a nurse that needs to kick her behind Into gear. I need the motivation and support!0
