Alright y'all this is Chris I'm soon to go to airassult school and I'm wanting to be in the best shape ever just recently fully recovered from a back injury an I'm trying to get my abs arms and chest back and increase my run time I need that soul puking intense and routine arm and chest routine and any extra tips on improving my run time any pointers and how to's on any workouts I'm all ears and motivation hooah

Try the stairmaster machine ...... its brutal but it works.. ...... think about it.... how many stairmaster machines are in your club vs the number if treadmills and bikes..... furthermore most people stay away from the stairmaster because it's painful. Another way of building your stamina is walking on the treadmill at 4 or 5 miles per hour at a 15 degree incline. Try that for 30 min.0

For general strength, Stronglifts 5x5 is easy to follow.
Search youtube for "air assault obstacle course" and simulate what you can at a local playground or wherever.
How did you hurt your back?
By the way, it's hard to understand posts without periods after sentences.
