Here we go again!!
Starting on February 27 - March 8, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 33! (JGM10D - 2018 Edition - round 4)
Anyone else game?
Let's give it our best 10 days ever! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this. Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES – It’s easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in your device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

First challenge ever! I am new to this but looking forward to join you all !
I need to kickstart my paused weight loss journey..I started last May and list 25 pounds and managed to keep it off but now I need to loose my next 20 pounds and needed some motivation and this looks just perfect2 -

Nice to be in our new city. Our belongings are delayed so we're in a motel for at least the next 4-5 day, so not eating as well as at home, but I'm trying to get back to a semblance of my normal healthy eating routine. Also hoping to get some exercise tomorrow.
Goal this round - 145; get back on track re. calories, macros, & exercise after travel & move last round.
5'3", 65 yrs.

02/27 - no scale
I haven't bought a new scale yet so no idea about what my weight has done with 10 days in the car and not-so-great eating since we arrived on the 26th, but I bought size 10 jeans this evening, so there's that! Tomorrow I hope to eat better & get a new scale (tossed my old one when we moved).
