Mfp and Machine say 2 diffrent things for. Cal. Burn what one do Iog?

The machines in my gym drastically over-estimate my calorie burns. If I had to choose one to log, I would probably go with MFP.0

I would suggest the lower of the 2. And it's a good chance that both could be over calculating the calories burned.2

I used to log ~80% of the MFP burn. I did find that my FitBit was pretty spot on though, so if you have one of those I would trust the burn.0

Machines tend to over exaggerate, in my experience. I'd go with the MFP calculation.0

When I was just logging without a smart watch, I cut the number from MFP calculations in half and entered that. Then I ate all those calories.0
