I am an avid exerciser, but can not control my eating. I even pre-make my meals. Any experiences will help. Feel free to add me.

    Are you planning enough calories?

    Are you hydrated?

Do you eat out of boredom? Stress?

Have you experimented with different macros to help you feel satiated?

I have triggers. I can't quite eat enough to qualify as a binge, but I can finish off a carton of cottage cheese with salsa Verde in one sitting, never mind what I can do to a pint of Ben and Jerry's with a side of something salty. So, no cottage cheese while I work on my new habits. Peanut Butter is OK as a dessert, but not as a snack a few hours after a meal. Journaling helped me figure all this out over time.

If you really can't control it, you may want to consider seeking therapy.

I find whenever I start to binge is because I'm bored or just doing nothing. Ask yourself if youre really bored or if you want something to do. I'll also drink some tea if I'm starting to want to binge as the hot water makes you feel like you're full. I would also recommend just starting to cut down a little at a time. If you cut too fast, you might binge again just due to stress or overthinking
