Hey whanau ,
First time on here , from New Zealand , I’m a BJJ addict and I compete in a few National & regional comps as well , in saying that I train in MMA & Kickboxing , I do weights I guess , cardio , a little bit of yoga & bodyweight training just to maintain my fitness for upcoming comptetitions . I came on here to keep myself accountable & to let my followers on instagram (@motkmoekaa_) see what I eat & do everyday

That's awesome I did judo with my daughters all winter and obtained my yellow belt lol but it's awesome learned a few bjj moves as well. I'm sure your a total BUTT kicker.1
