Getting into it.... again

Hey,
Im one week back into training and 2 days i to my calorie log. Its been a long time coming. I did my personal training course back in 2015, it was great, i was motivated and fit! Then... i met a boy, it didnt take long before it all fell apart, he was abusive and i was stuck... i ate to cope, i had no motivation to train and i put on weight... but a few months ago he was finally arrested and sent to jail and now im free... and ready to start getting myself back

    Welcome back, working in law enforcement those situations are all too common, but it looks like you came out in top instead of letting the cycle continue.

    Login, log your meals, stay motivated. The app works, I lose weight every time I use it and whenever I stop I lose sight of the bigger picture.
