Veteran of four and one on the way!

I’ve been out for 5 years now and due to some back issues developing while I was in, I had to get out. I’ve always been a bit heavy since then with ups and downs but the past few years, I just gave up. I really want to get back into shape and lose the weight so my back will hurt less and I can insure I have way more years to be there for my kids. Going with a low calorie/carb approach. One week in and I’ve already seen results! Hoping to continue down this path!
