Hi guys!
I'm new to this whole dieting thing but I'm really excited for this new journey in life! I don't know much about eating healthy but I keep active. I could really use any tips or tricks if anyone is willing to share. Feel free to add me.

Don't start with tips and triks, start with the basics. To lose weight, you need to eat less. You can eat anything, as long as you eat less. In order to eat less long enough to see any discernible weight loss, you have to get in sufficient nutrition - aka healthy diet. A healthy diet is balanced and varied, the easiest way to achieve that, is to eat some food from each food group every day, and you can eat anything in moderation.2
