Hi guys, this is Blake:) I stumbled upon this forum and thought the topics being discussed here are pretty interesting. I think I can help a bit!

I'm a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor from Singapore. I notice a problem that most people face in their fitness journeys and that problem is time. As we grow older, we take on more responsibilities and find ourselves entangled with various commitments. Sometimes, it gets so bad that we don't give ourselves time to breathe, let alone, exercise.

This problem is quite evident in my country. Young couples work hard to meet project deadlines and rush home to take care of their children, they hardly have enough time for themselves. Does anyone here face this problem too? Or feel like you want to get fit but you just can't find the time to do so?

If you can relate to whatever I've said, I think I can help! Let's talk:)

Hello! Exercising in the morning is great:) But you could also consider frequency. How many times do you wish to workout in a week? E.g. 60minutes for 3 times a week, or 30minutes for 5 times a week

Be innovative, use the things around you if you don't have access to gyms. If you need a workout program, we can discuss further, but ultimately, keep moving!

If exercising gets boring, you could take that hour to play sports, go swimming or cycling.

Hey Blake. Welcome to the MFP forums.

    Some things you should know...

    14. No Advertising, Self-Promotion, or Fund-Raising
    a) You may not post any links or mentions of other services, websites, or businesses from which you or an associate might benefit financially or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to; posts that contain links to offsite blog posts and social media. You also may not solicit off-Forum contact from which you might benefit, e.g. "message me for more info", “I can get you free samples”, etc.

There are plenty of people on MyFitnessPal who also work in the industry, and while we can give advice and feedback we cannot use the forums as a means to gain clients. Sorry if i'm being presumptuous, but that's what it seems like this post is all about. :)

    Best of luck!

Ah ok thanks for the heads up. Yes I was thinking of using this discussion to network. My sincere apologies on my part. I hope I didn't offend anyone, this is the first forum discussion I've been on so thanks for letting me know. I still wish to stay here to provide advice though! If it helps of course:)

I don't have any time for exercise during the day but I get up at 4;30 AM and have free time till 6:00 AM. It's the only way I can fit it in.

Wow that's really early! I guess if that's your free time, make full use of that to get a short workout to kickstart your day with a good sweat. You'll feel a lot more refreshed and I think it helps when you accomplish something positive first thing in the morning too:)
