Logging steps

Just started using this this week!! None of my step info is showing up in the Mfp app. Or UA record, when all other info is. Anyone had this problem. Thank u

    Are you using a tracker to count your steps? if so is that app linked with this app?

    Yes, my Garmin info isn't showing up over here, either. It's like the sync of the two doesn't take.

    I had the same issue. You have to log in through the website and change the setting and tick the box that says enable negative adjustments. That should work.
