Hanging on pull-up bar - I'm up to 20 seconds. Nothing but up from here!

    And remember, as you lose weight most of these exercises actually get easier. :)

    If you do a little bit more each day you will feel stronger each day. It gets better over time just stay with it!

    Great start! Inverted rows or assisted pull ups (either band or machine) are also a great way to move up into a pull up. I've also heard that you can start at the high position and work on gaining the strength lower yourself as another effective exercise to get you closer.

    PS Hanging on the bar can be really good for stretching out your back, too :smile:
