Hello I'm Dwight. I'm coming over from the Weight Watchers side where everything was in points that frankly didn't tell me anything : ). Wow by tracking by calories, carbs, protein,... am I ever getting EDUCATED! I can't believe how much fat and sodium I've been consuming. Sodium just blows my mind. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and to get educated to eat healthier. I'm sure on my way.

Yes, sodium is ridiculous. And carbs. I didn't even know what they were until they became an issue.1
