I restarted my fitness and weight loss journey on January 22nd after a long time off the wagon, so to speak.

Since then I've managed a workout 37 out of 38 days, either swimming, cycling in spin class, or strength training, have logged my meals daily, stayed consistently at or under my calorie goal, and lost 10 lbs, which puts me at 20% of my goal for losing 50 lbs.
