Hello everyone!
I'm new to posting on these forums. I am just getting on my feet after a very nasty bout of a stomach flu. I've been following the BRAT diet for the past few days and finally feel able to eat some normal foods. I've tried a bit of rotisserie chicken breast and some chicken and rice soup so far and it seems to be holding well.
My stomach still feels pretty touchy, however, but I need to meal plan for this next week pretty soon- I'm on a pretty tight budget so I can't keep buying things piecemeal. I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas of gentle, gf recipes that I could make this week? I love slow cooker recipes or things I can prepare and cook ahead for leftovers as my work schedule keeps me pretty busy.
Thanks in advance!

why do you need gluten free recipes? if you dont have a gluten intolerance, allergy, etc I dont think its going to make a difference in how your stomach feels after suffering with the flu. why not make some chicken soup in the slowcooker? or beans? things like that. lots of recipes online you can look up for slow cooker meals.1 -

Hope you feel better soon. I had it for a month so I know how you feel.0 -
When I don't feel like eating much I make this.

If you get certified gluten free oat flour this will work. And it's nutritionally complete.0
