Brand newbie here, on a 24 week program that I hope to incorporate as a lifestyle. Goals for March:
* log food daily, every single bite,
* Up intensity in two of my four e revise classes.
* Walk more.
* Clean out my dresser.
Tally ho!

I am trying this AGAIN
this app will definitely help you reach your goals as long as your commit to log every food you eat... it's a challenge but it'll be worth it!

I'm back after having two babies and I'm already feeling better, eating better, logging more and exercising multiple times a week. Just keep at it. I want a healthy lifestyle going forward and that is what I hope to gain with this app.0
