Trying to keep motivation

Hi all!
I have been using this app for quite some time, but I keep getting discouraged in my health journey! So I'm hoping to make some motivational/inspirational friends to support and vise versa. I am 26, I am moderately active (I'm focusing on nutrition so that I won't go down another slippery slope). I have a dog named Benji, and I LOVE watching Friends re-runs.
If you have any ideas for ways to stay motivated, let me know!

Don't rely on motivation; if you have a sustainable plan, you'll just need to spend a small daily effort to stick to it. Welcome to MFP0
