Anyone know of any healthy low calorie breakfast shakes? Day 3 of my diet going strong!

    There are no dedicated breakfast shakes, you can eat/drink anything you want for any meal. Shakes are as healthy as the ingredients you make them with, and the amount/portion size will dictate the calories. Figure out what you mean by healthy and low calorie, then find or create a recipe that fills those criteria.

    Two scoops of optimum nutrition extremem milk chocolate whey mixed in 12 oz of water...but I am starving about 3 hours later. Just gotta touch it out until lunch.

    I like spinach, celery or carrots, hemp powder for protein, frozen berries or an apple, water and a little stevia.

    Not a fan of "shake powder" mixes, or yogurt-based shakes/ smoothies-- but I know others swear by them.
