  2 years on April 16th I just logged everything in my app and stayed under my calories

  Did you change anything else, like your exercise regime? Thats 150 pounds a year.

  I did incorporate walking as I began to lose and gradually worked my way up. Now i walk 5 miles, do yoga and other exercises
