Because I can honestly say I am FED UP with constantly spraining mine.
I just sprained it again this morning after getting over a sprain I got during a workout a week and a half ago.

I know my ankles got stronger from roller skating and having to get more agile on them. I wish I knew a more specific exercise.0

I understand your pain - I've sprained my share of ankles over the years. Here are two things to try.
1. Do 3 sets of 10 standing on one foot with your eyes closed. Make sure to pull your other foot up and don't just lift a few inches off the ground. This may seem silly at first, but once you close your eyes you'll have a hard maintaining your balance and understand how this helps strengthen the ankle.
2. take a towel and lay in flat in front of your feet. Use your toes to grab and roll up the towel.
Both of these will add strength to your ankle and make sprains heal a little faster.0 -

I have had reconstruction done on both of my ankles. anything thing that works your balance will strengthen your ankles. The closing your eyes...good advice. Also you could probably google some ankle exercises that are done with a resistance band.
If you keep spraining your ankles, you should see an orthapedic.0
