Motivation and Determination

Leg day 42 of 80 Day Obsession✅! So did not have the energy to workout, but knew I needed it for my sanity and health. I didn’t fuel my body properly to push harder in my workout but made it through! Definitely getting back on track tomorrow and adding more core work in each day... What do you do to motivate yourself on the bad days?

    I love your T shirt, I use the people In my life who are older and in bad shape and poor health as my fuel, I don’t want their present to be my future.
