Ive started a new workout plan that consists of 40 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit weight training. Since starting this I have been having sudden HUGE nosebleeds. I dont understand. I used to have frequent nosebleeds as a child but I havent had them in YEARS. Is this something that I should talk to my doctor about? Has anyone else experienced this? I need answers, help!

Yes, talk with your doctor. I'm not suggesting it's necessarily something dire, but blood loss is not something you want continuing.4

Update. Now bleeding out of one ear and still having nosebleeds. Ive made a doctors appointment for the end of this month.3

Do take care! Hugs0

Probably should cut back on the workouts until it improves.
Did you hit your head?
Do you take any medications?1 -
Umm, did you rupture an ear drum? You might wanna go to a clinic, sooner rather than later.1

End of this month? Bleeding out nose and ear should probably be checked out today.5

^^This!
Also, how is your blood pressure?
I have, on a couple of occasions, experienced very high blood pressure (once, it was directly related to work stress, ugh) that caused unstoppable nosebleeds.1 -
Yes to urgent care or similar clinic, and soon! Nosebleeds when newly working out, in someone prone to them, is one thing. Bleeding from ears is a whole different matter: Much more unusual, much more worrisome.3

Its stopped bleeding for now. I dont think I need to go to urgent care. Im just going to slow down on the workouts for now. My blood pressure is 118/73, which is totally fine for me and my level of fitness. Ill update you all once I get in to see my doctor! Thanks for all the concern and help!4
