My lower back was killing me, so I went to the Dr. My blood pressure is usually somewhere between 130/85 to 140/90... Just borderline enough that the Dr hasn't prescribed anything but is looking at it closely... Well after 3 months on MFP and 24lbs lost, my blood pressure when they checked was 110/70. The Dr even took it twice just to make sure!

Healthy HERE I COME!

Congrats! That is awesome! I had a similar problem, mine was high after a couple years of a bad lifestyle and it's finally gotten back to normal with a healthy lifestyle. It helps that it is so much more than just losing weight. We are gaining so much more by doing all of this hard work.

FANTASTIC!! I'm hoping to share that result, as my BP (which, even when I was pregnant) was 110/68 to 120/80) has slowly crept up to 133/92! GOOD FOR YOU! Not just the number on the scale, but your overall health! WOO HOO!

congrats on the blood pressure man !! i havea similar situation. I have been on bp meds for almost 2years. recently went to get it checked, draw blood. and my bp was 108/70 !! so they cut my meds in half !. when i first went on meds i was about 134/90. so far i have lost close to 30 pounds.
