What is wrong/right with my body?

What should i do to get more toned?

I don't mind criticism just want an idea of what my upper body looks like to you.

I've been told i cant see how i look so hoping this will help.

    Your body is perfectly normal.
    Stop thinking "toned", it means nothing.
    If you want to improve your appearance/health, lose a bit of weight.

    @middlehaitch yes I have weights plan ready to start Monday. Need to change food plan so I take in more protein and food in general.

    there is never anything wrong but what are your goals if you say been lifting weights for 5 years you missed your goal. In general if you want leaner look some lifting would give some definition but nothing wrong. I'm big fan of Michael Matthews book bigger, leaner, stronger for smart way to get leaner.

    Aim for .8-1g protein per lbs of lbm, or mid normal BMI range.
    Fats are good at .35-6g.
    Let carbs fall where they may.
    Eat at maintenance and lift, you do not need to gain any weight at the moment.

    You could also consider lifting while losing a few pounds and then bulking back up

    It all depends on your goals.
