    A stone is a number on the scales we in the UK use, a stone is14lb, half a stone 7lb, 2 stone 28lb and so on.

    Op amazing job, you will drop the other 2 in no time

    Fab!! I have been close to losing a stone for about 3 weeks now but keep losing and gaining the same couple of pounds! I have around 2 stone to go too.
