Build Muscle Lose Weight

Hi,
Started this to track my calorie, protein, fat, carb ect..intake as I am clueless to what’s going to help me diet wise in reaching my goal of losing weight and building muscle, I’ve been hitting the gym now for about 4 months, since never stepping foot in the gym I’ve noticed vast improvements already in my physique and fitness. I was always active boxing 3 times a week and playing football but I have deemed it the right time to knuckle down and get myself solid. Any tips on exercises that help reduce fat in the chest area and around the mid-section belly area are welcome. I currently try to battle these with sit ups, cross trainer and chest flies specifically for belly fat and breast fat. Ultimately my main goal is to lose my remaining belly fat and chest fat and tone up and build muscle. It’ll be good to follow other people’s journeys to see the progress which I thrive on as motivation. I’m hoping to build myself a solid 19 stone (currently 139kg aiming for 125kg) 6 ft 2 as I am big built and will always be, hoping his will help with my boxing.

Fat loss is done through your intake, you cannot target fat loss with a bunch of ab and chest exercises. I wish it worked that way. Read this

I know that’s why I downloaded the app to track my intake as stated above... just do the exercises to help with the process. Thanks for the link
