Nibbles

I am currently living the low carb lifestyle and am reading the book "The Complete Guide to Carb Counting". The #1 tip was KEEP FOOD RECORDS, which is what we do here on MFP . Good for us.....
What stuck out to me is that is this: DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE SNACKS AND NIBBLES - YES CRUMBS DO COUNT! I have never counted my crumbs or nibbles :blushing: - Do You :noway: ? If so, how do you do it?
I am sure that this is not going to get many responses but I sure would like to know from a few people. More for my own sanity  . Do you record your nibbles and crumbs that you eat during the day in your food log?

I had to read that thread title twice, haha.
I generally don't, but I make it a point not to nibble too much (and being low carb, I generally ensure they're not carb heavy).
I would log a handful of grapes or berries for example.0 -
I was once told that BLT's can really be a diet killer.
Bites
Licks &
Tastes
You need to count it all . . . the average bite of food is 25 calories. Certainly can be much more or less depending upon the food. But given that as a baseline, those extra BLT's can really add up over time.0 -

IF it goes in my mouth I log it.0

Yes I sure do! If I eat two animal crackers I record them! I take a bite of someones candy bar... I record it. The only thing I think I don't count is my minute maid light lemonade. I typically do not drink more than one glass maybe once a week. Not worth me looking it up. The spout says 5 cals a serving so im going to say I partake in two servings at a time.0

Thanks guys this helps a bunch! I am so bad about a nip of my kids nuggets or her oreo crumbs that fall onto the floor (desperate) and other little things. I will start logging everything and it might open my eyes.0
